Manage my research

If you’ve landed here it means you might want to ask for help, log or track a request, compliment or complaint.

Log new project request

Welcome to the first step in getting your research project underway.

You may be looking to conduct a feasibility questionnaire, get ethics approval, apply
for funding or trying to work out what protocol to use in your research. You’re in the
right spot.

Research Architect, powered by VicTRI, is the online tool that helps you manage all
your research projects and streamline the administrative side of your work.

You will need to register a user profile to get started on any requests and from there,
you’ll be able to track the progress of cases (i.e. requests) and have improved
visibility of your research requests through the Research Architect Portal.

Research Architect will replace the manual processes associated with Ethical
Review Manager (ERM) and subsequent emails and will instead, provide a one-stop-shop
for your ethics, governance and administration responsibilities.

If you have any questions, please contact us and we can help you navigate the
system.
